David Bishop is an outstanding motivator and director. David trained and directed for eight years at the The Road. In 2000 he became the program manager and director. His insight helped perfect the life-changing seminar by adding his own creativity. David was instrumental in the development and deployment of the "The Restoration"seminar.

As the Director, David formulated training programs to develop and improve the trainers. David took boring instructions and rules and changed them into fun experiential learning processes. He has also successfully led several follow up programs.

In 1986, Jim Carroll, attended a new seminar that was being conducted by Dr. Phil McGraw, Dr. Joe McGraw and Thelma Box. The experience changed Jim's life forever and he returned as a trainer to eagerly share the gift with others. Jim was quickly recognized for his ability to motivate and encourage others to find a healing for their lives.

Inspired by Dr. Phil's encouragement, Jim wrote two novels "Cover of Darkness" and "Angel Vision" published by Huntington House in 1990 and 1992. During this same time Jim was able to build a successful business employing more than 600 employees.

In 1994, Jim created the "Road Adventure" seminar series. Jim used his insightfulness combined with tough love to facilitate healing in participants. Jim has the gift of transforming mundane materials and turning them into interactive learning games. The seminar was so powerful and life changing that it rapidly expanded into a four part program that is still touching lives today.

In 2002, Jim create the Life Enrichment and Marriage Boot Camp series. Jim's compassion for couples in trouble motivated him to help them avoid the pains of divorce. Jim combined the best of the best games, drills and exercises that began saving marriages across the country.

Jim is also the author of "Hollywood Dating Blunders" released by Skyward Publishing in 2001. In 2006, Jim produced the low budget thriller, "Evil Behind You." It is currently available in most rental outlets in US and Canada.

Dana Hamman has a heart for helping people find enriching ways to improve their lives and relationships. Her energy coupled with her gifts of motivation and encouragement, inspire listeners to reach for new possibilities in their lives.

She has enjoyed a dynamic and successful career in Sales Training, Sales Management, Executive Coaching and Business Consulting. She is the creator of "Foundations for Success" workshops which is a continuous coaching series developed to aid corporations in hiring, training and developing outstanding sales people. Additionally, Dana enjoys speaking to corporations, women's organizations, and teen groups where she applies common sense and humor to the issues that are relevant to each audience.

In the private sector, she enjoys coaching individuals, couples, families and teens to help them identify the barriers in their lives that are keeping them from reaching their goals and potential. Whether working one on one, directing seminars or speaking to professional groups, her strategies are clear and her approach is straightforward.

Emmett Beam is on a mission to help others have a fulfilled life. Emmett uses his easy going nature, his caring heart, persistence and analytical skills to help others discover and remove the walls that are preventing them from being who they want to be and having the things they "really" want in life. He has trained under Jim Carroll for six years in his Life Enrichment Seminars and Boot Camps.

Emmett is the creator and director of The Experiential Divorce Recovery Workshop. He is a board certified Faith-Based counselor. He has spent hundreds of hours on the phone volunteering as a HOPE line counselor to teens for a large Christian ministry. He also completed training as a hospital chaplain.

In his professional life, Emmett is the Director of Software Development for a company in Dallas. Emmett is the author of several computer books which have been translated into Japanese and German. Emmett graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Math.

Keith Hammond, Director, Consultant

Keith Hammond is a 20 year veteran of the United States Marines. His desire to serve his country was founded in his belief that much has been given in order for him to have opportunities and he wanted to give back.

After a distinguished career serving the United States around the globe, he began to transition to the civilian sector, completed his Bachelor and Master's Degrees, spending quality time with his family, and once again, looking for an opportunity to make a difference. He relocated to Texas with his wife Elisa and their two children, believing that God had called them to this area to serve.

In January of 2006, Keith attended the Life Enrichment Boot Camp and found for himself a profound transformation. He counts that experience as one of the "Top Five things I've done in my life."

In March 2006, Keith became a Trainer at the Life Enrichment/Marriage Boot Camp and discovered a transcendent cause that he had been looking for. Once again, he found his niche; serving, and making a difference in people's lives.

In July of 2006, he took on the challenge of Casting Director for the selection of couples to be featured in the made for television series The Marriage Camp which airs on The Learning Channel [TLC] and most recently, Discovery Health Channel.

Jeani Poe is a dynamic and gifted woman who combines her years in the corporate world with her personal life experiences and abilities as a life coach to equip others to live successful and fulfilling lives. Whether an individual is interested in moving to the next level professionally or in developing healthy and satisfying personal relationships, Jeani is a discerning and effective life coach.

Jeani rose to the top of her profession as an Administrative Associate in the office of the President of the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. During her service there, Jeani designed a professional life coaching module for support staff in a office setting.

In 1999 Jeani began directing The Road Adventure Houston, an affiliate of The Road Adventure Seminar. In 2001 along with her husband Cliff, Jeani founded and developed The Dimensional Journey Life Enrichment Seminars and the Dimensional Journey Life Coaching Institute, both based in Houston.

She holds memberships in the American Association of Christian Counselors and the International Association of Life Coaches. In addition to her directorial role, Jeani coaches individuals and couples through the Dimensional Journey Life Coaching Institute.

In her personal life, she is a talented vocalist and enjoys music, theatre, healthy gourmet cooking and exercise. She and Cliff have been married for over 30 years and have a son and a daughter, both of whom are married.

Glen Miller - Director, Radio, Business Man

Glen has been with the Boot Camp for 2 years. His purpose in life is to be a leader for those coming through the Boot Camp and help them find the healing that he received for himself. He tried very hard to keep from attending the Boot Camp, now he can't stay away!

Glen spent 20 years in radio in Houston, Texas and Baton Rouge, Louisiana as a talk show host and personality. Public speaking is one of his strongest attributes.

Glen enjoys writing music, singing hunting and fishing. Glen and his wife Rebecca are investors and own their own business. They began the company in 2001 and have devoted their professional lives in helping people in need. They have 3 children together. Glen has 2 other children and 2 grandchildren from his first marriage.

Ron Konkin - Facilitator, Director & Life Coach

As a professional "Life Coach", Facilitator and Marriage Boot Camp Director, Ron's experience lies in working with people in the area of finding their worth. His passion is working with individuals and relationships helping them achieve lasting results.

Without self-worth, life can seem meaningless and unfulfilling. Ron's question to his coaching clients and to seminar groups is always "how are you doing life", and "how would you like to be "doing" life in the future". Ron has over 20 years experience working with people, helping them improve their relationship with themselves and others.

Both Ron and his wife Tina trained with one of Dr. Phil McGraw's partners Thelma Box back in the early nineties. After attending a seminar facilitated by Thelma, they realized how much more powerful an experiential seminar is and what power a group dynamic has. Since that time Ron & Tina have facilitated hundreds of seminars for individuals, couples, families, teens and businesses. Ron Konkin has a 3 year degree in Pastoral Care/Theology and Family Counseling.

Ron and Tina have been married for over 26 years and have three children.

Tina has worked with children, youth and adults both locally and abroad. Tina strongly believes that adults with low self-esteem or lack of confidence are only children and youth with unresolved issues. Her years of experience have made her an expert as both a Public Speaker and Facilitator.

Tina has a strong belief that in order for anyone to be successful they must move out of the victim role into a place of knowing who they are. A person's dreams and aspirations can only go as far as a person's belief system of who they are.

Paul Stanley has had a heart for hurting people for a long time, and believes his purpose is to come along side those in need, helping them to find healing in a lasting way. Whether it's on the phone, across a kitchen table, or standing in front of a crowd, his passion is to see people set free.

As a personal Life Coach, Relationship Coach, Director and business man, Paul is not afraid of asking the tough questions. Paul is a results oriented Coach and Director. When you tell him you aren't doing well, he'll ask you "what are you doing about it".

Married for over 15 years to Laura his wife and partner, as well as followed around by 4 awesome children, life is never dull in the Stanley house. Paul and Laura's motto is "every guest who leaves their home leaves better than when they arrived."

Paul is the first to admit that balancing family life with the rest of his passions and responsibilities is one of life's greatest challenges. His commitment to his family is that he'll never lose one of them to save someone else.

Todd Hicks is a passionate and enthusiastic entrepreneur, businessman and leader. Todd has a real desire to mentor and have a positive effect on as many lives as possible.

"I feel as though my personal legacy is to impact others and to help change the outcome of their lives and generations to come in a positive way." He is a moderator and mentor to a select group of entrepreneurs and business owners, known as "The Mountain Movers." He has dedicated his efforts to help others achieve their dreams and finding their full potential and purpose in life.

As Directors of the Atlanta Marriage Boot Camp, Todd and his wife, Teresa, have a real burning desire to see lives transformed and marriages healed.

Todd and Teresa have lived life forward and have experienced much pain and heartbreak, only to learn how to overcome obstacles, moving forward and achieving their full potential and living out their legacy.

In his professional life he is the founder of multiple corporations. He is recognized as an established and trusted financial advisor and known as "The Retirement Coach" to a large base of retirees in metro Atlanta. Todd is the founder of Allegiance Retirement Solutions.

His personal Time is spent enjoying nature whether it be fly fishing, bow hunting, horseback and Harley riding or studying martial arts. A real passion is spending time with friends and family at their cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia.

Art Stone - Associate Director and Trainer

Art has been an active part of the Boot Camp family for more than five years. After attending the Seminar, he became convinced that he could be a positive influence in the lives of others who were hurting in their current relationship, discouraged and burdened by their past failures, or fearful about the future. Boot Camp provides the venue to help change lives, improve relationships, expand communication skills, and develop a more positive outlook. Art facilitates a small group in the evening program, and during our daytime couples program, he assists with directing games and drills.

Over the years, Art has sought out and found many outlets for his willingness, desire, and commitment to help others build a better life for themselves. In addition to his Boot Camp related activities, he is an active volunteer with such organizations as: The Plano Kiwanis Club; Pre-Marital Couples Coaching at his church; Plano C.I.T.Y. House Youth Shelter; Foundation Coaching as a follow-up to Boot Camp; Chapels of Hope Prison Ministry; The Experiential Divorce Recovery Workshop; and others.

In the world of business, Art has created his own company to pursue his love for architecture, design, construction and development. He is a native Texan, and graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.

Cliff Poe - Director

Cliff Poe is a skilled communicator and effective life and relationship coach. Currently he is a corporate consultant for employee training and development and has designed corporate mentoring programs as well as new employee orientation and onboarding approaches for recently hired employees.

Designing customized classes for his corporate clients’ needs is his specialty. In addition, he provides one-on-one coaching for corporate executives and employees in both professional and personal issues as requested.

Cliff has a B.A. in Bible and Psychology and holds a Master’s Degree in Theology and Pastoral Counseling. He successfully pastored churches in California and Texas for 25 years prior to becoming a coach and consultant.

Married for over 30 years, he and his wife, Jeani, provide relationship coaching for couples and relationship-readiness coaching for individuals. Having led seminars for over 10 years, they presently direct the Marriage Boot Camps and Life Enrichment Boot Camps in Houston, Texas.

Margaret Aubin - Director, Facilitator and Life-Coach

Margaret Aubin started her career as a business-woman in Manchester, England. After 18 years she was feeling unfulfilled, even though her business had grown to be the largest model agency in North England. Margaret realized that her purpose was to help hurting people. She has now been involved in ministries and personal growth programs for the last 14 years, in Canada and The United States.

Margaret became a facilitator and life-coach with Only Imagine Seminars, SuccessTracs and The Marriage Boot Camp after going on her own journey of healing and growth.

Margaret and her husband, Paul, work with singles and couples helping them find personal transformations through seminars and coaching. Her purpose is to help others move beyond their past and accept the challenges of the future.
